OT: Needing help with signature line

I am feeling pretty stupid right now but, I can find ANYWHERE in my account/profile on where to add/edit a signature. Any help will be greatly appreciated !

ON the side of a thread it will say User Settings. Click on that and it's there. Good Luck!
