Joanie's Food Log-Wednesday
Hi all-
I had a much better day yesterday. Thanks again for all the supportive posts! After today- I am off for the next four days! Then I work three days...and off another four! After Thanksgiving--I start working five days a week...well..I took it easy at the end of Dec. Only part time on Thursdasy 10-2pm...just what I need another part time job...I have three now!!
B-hard boiled egg
S-protein drink
L- chicke salad with a green salad lite dressing
S-cheese stick/.5 oz of pretzels
D-meatloaf-vegetable
S-Momentum bar

Hi Joanie,
Glad your day is better now. SMILE! I am preparing to go back excerise again tomorrow meantime I will walk 2.5 miles today. give my arms and thighs rest! That is great you joined gym now! I bet you will feel better after excerise with machines.

Good Morning everyone!
Here is what's on my menu today.
B- Carb Countdown yogurt
S- Protein drink
L- Turkey pastrami on a whole wheat wrap
D- small salad
S- Protein Bar
I have my surgery support group meeting tonight from 6-8, and getting home from work at 5 leaves no time to cook dinner. Hubby and daughter will get TV dinners, salad for me.

Hey all,
Still on liquids so not too exciting!
B- CC Smoothie w/ unjury
S- SF Jello
L- 1 cup egg drop soup
S- Protein Drink
D- ?? maybe the protein drink intended as a snack.
It sure is hard to get protein w/ all liquids! Things are starting to upset my stomach so getting anything down is getting hard, but I am trying!
