I am all sore!!!!!
Good Morning Everybody,
Yesterday was my first time with my personal trainer to work out excerise. Oh my gosh, I relized that I do not have no firm muscle on my both arms and my lower calfs from my ;egs. It is all sore all over from my arms which my personal rainer warned me it will be sore because I never excerise like this with machines but I had fun with my personal trainer. She wants to help me to excerise better shape and said it will be a long time before my body is great shape. It will take time and one time a day on each day. I am going to take for a walk at work during my lunch time and give my arms rest because I will go back tomorrow and do again with excerise machines. my arms looks like floppy and very soft. My personal trainer showed me what it is supposed look like this. I am glad i just started it and know i have long goal for this. The gym is not like Gold Gym or WOW gym. It is very private gym which I like it alot . For me, It is better than Curves because it helped me more motive to excerise by one to one . I hope you will have a good day today! Got to go work now! YUCK!
Hugs

Congratulations Kathy!! Great workout...you are on your way to HEALTH! I have been walking since my sugery and thinking its just not enough...I am joining a gym on Friday. Our local gym in town is expanding and offering some good deals to join. My husband already goes there 3-4 times a week...so maybe this is something we can do "together" sometimes.
Keep up the good work...sore muscles from exercise feels bad..but in a good way..right?

Congratulations on the trip to the gym! It does feel so bad the next day ... and the day after that ... when you first start working out. But it does get better.
I worked with a personal trainer the first couple of months and it was such a great thing to do -- they know what you've gone through & work around it. I miss not going to mine anymore, but the bank account won't support it at the moment. If it could, I'd be hanging out with him on a regular basis!
You're back in business -- back at work and working out. You're REALLY on the other side now!!
