Hi Linda, Good luck tomorrow. Don't be nervous. It really doesn't hurt. Just like a needle. The only part that pinches is when it goes through the skin, after that there is no pain at all! Piece of cake I hope you get some good restriction with your fill. Do you have any restriction right now? I really didn't have any restriction until my first fill after which I had minimal restriction. Now after my second fill I can really tell that i had surgery! Tight as a drum Good luck again! Eileen
