how long for insurance

OKay..those of you that had dr. bell.. do you remeber how long before the surgery you had your insurance approval???? thanks deanna

They didn't submit for insurance until 2 weeks before the surgery date for me. I have Cigna and I got approved in about 3 days. This was May 2003. HeatherS

I don't know. My surgery is on Thursday and I haven't heard. I figured it has been approved since I have not heard otherwise. If it was not, wouldn't they call? Pam
