Are Medicaid and Title 19 the same thing???  I know when I had my surgery that Dr. Bell at Yale was accepting Title 19....just not sure if that's the same thing??

Any "Bariatric Center of Excellence" accepts Medicare, because it's the government that does the approval process of being a COE... Not so sure that a revision would be at all covered, though, unless you can prove your first surgery was done incorrectly, etc. Here is the link to a listing of all the CT COE's: http://www.surgicalreview.org/locate.aspx?state=US-CT#srchRe sults Paula

Hi, I believe  Dr. Tishler out of Hartford Hospital accepts Medicaid. A man at my support group had him and he's on State Aid. Dr. Tishler has an office in Rocky Hill and Hartford I believe, he was my friend's surgeon, that's how I know about his offices. Good Luck !
