C-Pap Update

Hey everyone! I saw the sleep doctor today and got both good and bad news. The bad news is that the C-Pap is here for a little while longer The good news is that the pressure, originally at 20 centimeters, is being reduced to 10 While I was really looking forward to tossing that bad boy out of the car on I-95 today, I will be happy with the fact I am making progress and that I know I'll be off that machine before too long. I hope that everyone is doing well and enjoying this nasty, cold, rainy, depressing day, I guess it could be worse, it could be snow. . . . All the best!!! Bob

Hi Frenchy, Thanks for responding to my last post!!! I have come across your pic a few times while visiting this site whether by chance or whatever but anyway I thought it would be nice to know a little more about you more specifically your weight loss story.. If it makes you more comfortable I will tell you a few things about myself. Before I am misunderstood this is not a singles ad (smile) Just a brief bio. I am a 27yr old African American female originally from MS but living in Baltimore,Maryland working as a nurse. I recently joined OH approximately 2months ago when I decided to pursue the lap band surgery. I still have no date as of yet but all the paper work is in. I don't know about you but being overweight is something that I have had to deal with for many many years. I have decided to pursue wls after repeated attempts to lose weight with short term success. I look forward to living a healthier life. I have truly been blessed because I don't suffer from major cormorbidities at this time, but who knows what the future will hold if nothing is done about this weight

Congradulations! I'm sure you can't wait to get rid of that thing. My hubby uses a C-Pap. so I know what it's like! Good luck. Christine
