Joanie's Food Log-Thursday
Ahh yes, my day off. Postosed my massage until next week..I will enjoy it more--I am off Thurs AND Friday, as Friday is my appt with Dr. A. I need to get directions to his new office. Another grocery store run is in order. I am going out to dinner tonight-Lauryn has a pizza party with the kids and coaches from her soccer team, so I will sit in back with the other soccer Moms and have dinner.

I am honestly not sure about the rest of the day...so Part 2 will have to wait!

Hi Joanie! I'm at work today, but the phones are DEAD. Nice! I guess a lot of others in the law business have the day off. No matter to me - I only have tomorrow, then I'm off for 2 weeks. Nothing like surgery to make you take vacation time.
I weighed myself this morning, just to make sure I hadn't gained anything back from my initial mandatory weight loss - phew. Sigh of relief - I'm ok!
B - ummmm, errrr, nothing yet. Nerves have my tummy upset. Jus****er so far.
L - Lean pocket
D - chinese food at my girlfriend's house (I'll make a smart choice with steamed chicken and veggies though)
S - not sure - depends on what I eat for dinner. ;)

P.S. I emailed my picture to obesityhelp and I'm waiting for it to come up.
I do have to work today. The parking lot is empty and I have only seen one person since I got here. I do need to clean my store a bit, but I am in no rush!

D- pork chop maybe. I was going to put beef stew in the crockpot, but slept late. Maybe I can get DH to do it since he is home today.

Hi Everyone,
I am also at work, and I am busy with lots of work to get done, yet I still find myself here...
Here is my menu today:
B- Carb Countdown Yogurt
L- Leftover Chicken marsala and green beans w/slivered carrots.mmmm
D- Not sure yet
S- Also not sure (I am very unprepared today!)
Ate breakfast late because I had a doctor's appointment this a.m., so probably will have my protein drink later today, if at all. I suppose I should get back to work, but I just don't feel like it.

I went to Panera Bread for lunch and order half a chicken salad sandwich and took off the top slice of bread and ate only half of the other half...it also came with a small chicken caesar salad...that I took a few bites of. Tonight I ate out too! I had chicken quesidillas--no sour cream...I was able to eat two triangles...was good, but filling. I just snacked on a protein bar...no protein drink today...
