What a difference a year makes!!!

Hello everyone, Today is a year since I had my surgery and I am happy to be lighter and healthier. I am half way to where I want to be and look forward to continue losing. It's the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Good luck to all Pre Ops and soon to be Post Ops. Thanks to all the people on this Board for your support and encouragement this past year, I don't know what I would have done with out it. I have made so many great friends here and for that I am truly greatful. Thanks so much, Darlene 309/225/???
