Hi all- What a beautiful day we had today! Took a 3 mile walk at 10am. Came home and straightened up a bit. Just came home from a football game...the smell of dinner is in my slow nesco roaster--roast beef! Here's how today went...not great..will have to get a protein drink in tonight to make up for lost protein. B-1 hard boiled egg L-4oz Kielbasa lots of calories...330 to be exact! Ate it in about an hr--just picking as I went by the stove..not good! Anyway it was 15 g of protein S-Momentum bar Late snack-1/2 c popcorn at the game Dinner-roast beef and spinach S-protein drink Hope you had a good weekend! Joanie

Hi Joanie, It was a great day! My mom took my 5 yr old out for a few hours to the park, etc. So I used the time to mop the floors, clean out her dressers and closet and her toybox, which I definitely could not do when she was here. I even had time to go through clothes in my attic. I got so much done! It's amazing the amount of energy I have now! I can even jog up stairs now, instead of panting and pulling on the railing to hoist myself up! What a difference! My menu: B- Morning start bar, 11g protein L- 2 ozs. leftover steak and linguine (from Olive Garden Friday night) D- 3 ozs. steak, spinach and two tbsp. mashed potatoes No snack so far, but probably soon. I did not get in enough protein or water today. I was on a cleaning frenzy and didn't think about anything else. But I did drink coffee all day. Bye, Anne

Hi Anne Sounds like you go alot accomplished! I love days like that. I can't seem to get anything done with my kids around. I am better on my water lately--but stilll never get to get in as much as I am required. Joanie
