YAY I'm home! haha I'm doing alright... The pain is not too bad.. it just feels like I did about a million sit ups and I've been sucking in my stomach.. (but that is clearly NOT the case don't worry) hehe. But now I'm just walking around or in bed.. just taking it easy! I'll write more later but Yay to being on the LoSER's BENCH!!! WOO HOOO!!

Just relax and keep taking the pain meds on time....don't wait until you are already in pain and you should be fine. It gets better pretty quickly.
The worst part is the two week liquid diet..... I never thought I'd make it between the smells of my husband cooking for him and the kids and the damned food ads all over the TV!!
Keep up the fluids and try to take a little walk every day. I started out just going to the end of my street.....maybe two blocks length or so and just added a little more each day. Walking really makes a difference, I found I really didn't have to do much else for exercise.
How was your hospital stay??? Mine was really pretty good....just had one bee-ach of a nurse on one morning.
