Feeling tired, you could need more iron!
I have been feeling tired again, like when I was very heavy, went and had blood tests, they all came back fine, but went to see a blood specialist and he thinks the numbers are good because I had a store in my body, which is now getting low! I am pale, I guess the paleness and tiredness are the first signs that I can't get what I need from food, I have to take an extra supplement, slow releasing! I am just glad to have caught it before it really zapped me! So I hope this helps others and keep an eye out, If you are tired and not yourself again, there usually is a good reason! Cathy
Does Dr. Bell not require you to be on vitamin suppliments? Dr. A does, and most others that I have talked to throughout the country also have some kind of supliment regime.
Forget about slow release suppliments also. The suppliments do not stay in the pouch long enough to dissolve completely, and you will be wasting your $$ and getting nothing from them. Use something like the Flinstones childrens vitamins and use twice the dosage daily. Split them into 3 or 4 dosages for maximum results, and do not take them along with calcium.

What Pete says IS true. Slow release and time realease pills do not work for WLS patients. Most doctors do not know this. We must know tis and tell our doctors about it.
You might want to re-address this with your doctor. You could easily double up on a chewable vitamin and add some more iron, or B complex into your regime.
But, since you're consulting a physician, best to speak to him about it.
Good luck to you.
Remember- exercise helps build energy too. (believe it or not)
Hope you feel better soon!
