Joanie's Food Log-Thursday
I need to quit this. I just starteed grazing yesterday afternoon at work..(crackers)...and last night it was peanuts at home. I honestly can tell you I have never done this since I started. Part of it is because I am less than prepared this week with food. Out of protein bars...no milk for a protein drink today. I don't go to wor****il noon today...so I will make a trip to the grocery store before I go. NO grazing today...its scary!! The scale is playing the up 2lbs..down one pound deal this week...making me nuts! OK...enough whining...I will post my food log after I buy some food!
Hugs to all-
Joanie

Carmen-
They are at the regular grocery store made by General Mills. I think they are near the breakfast bars. Stop and Shop, Big Y and Shaws carry them. Debby Marcus told me they are on sale at Shaws this week! I love the carmel nut ones..but have found the pnutbutter choc ones in bulk at BJs aned Costco.

You can get the momentum bars at BJ's for a good price if you are a member. Just make sure you try them to see if you like them before buying a whole case. There was also a 5 dollar instant rebate at BJ's on these this week. I like them because they are smaller than a lot of the other protien bars so they make a good snack size.
Yes, I plan on eating. I just don't know WHAT I'll be eating
That I know of.....
Breakfast > So far. 4 oz of chicken, 1 oz of pizza flavored rice cakes, and 1 oz of milk chocolate (it was there)
Snack> One of the protein bars
Lunch > Portobella/Swiss Hamburger.
Snack > Mexican Chicken (leftover from yesterday)
Dinner > Definitly

Joanie,
I had a terrible experience with my soft foods,
( egg/cottage cheese/ peas) abdomnal cramping, and horrific nausea. Ended up ( the next day, being last nite)in the ER being rehydrated via IV and given anti-nausea meds. After x-rays and blood work, it appears things are OK, and Dr Bell said Back to liquids for 3 days. In the spirit of your food log, here is mine:
B-sf popsicle
L- sf popsicle
D-chicken broth
Well, at least I'm probably down another lb or two.
