Slim pickings for food this week! I need to do shopping. This working all week without a day off really sucks! Who invented that anyway? I am so spoiled--I am regretting volunteering to work extra hours...the pay check will be nice next week though. This week is Nationall Radiolgical Technology week...I still have my certification, but am registered in ultrasound now..There has been food in our office all week....cakes, danishes...high calorie lunches...nothing I can eat. Today there is a chicken caesar salad coming...(someone thought of me!)..so that will be a treat not to have to pack lunch. B-SF hot choc-w/CC milk 14g of protein Don't think I even have enough milk to make a protein drink..but if I do...that will be my snack..told it it was slim pickins' L-Chicken caesar salad S-string cheese D-not that is tough...I have NO idea...hope my DH decides to cook! Kathy, I know this sounds weird, but it is good. Try mixing a little cottage cheese w/ the tuna. It goes down a little easier at the beginning of the pureed stages (at least it did for me). Carmen

I thought I had invented something new , lol. It is really good w/ hickory smoked flavored tuna! I found the tuna went down easier early on that way.... WW has some good recipes, I never went that route (about the only thing I didn't try), but have been given many good recipes from friends that go. Carmen

Hi Joanie, Here is my menu: B- Carb Countdown yogurt S- Protein Shake L- 1/2 boneless pork chop, 1 tsp. rice, and broccoli (left-overs) D- No idea- I have to make an emergency visit after work to NY hospital tonight to see my 92 year old grandfather- it doesn't look good this time...my father is driving up from South Carolina, and "no life support" orders have been issued... I'll have to grab something somewhere, but will bring a protein bar with me if all else fails. Anyway, hope you all enjoy this nice fall day. Take care, Anne
