Hi Robin, Congratulations on your great loss As far as the exercise, I can't believe I am going to admit this but I actually really enjoy it now. Who would have thought Seriously it really is a great stress reliever and will help to make those pounds disappear. Hope to be seeing less of you on the 20th. Keep up the great work Mary Lou

Congratulations Robin! 17 LBS gone forever. I know its tough, but excercise is the way to go! I walk 4 miles 5-6 days a week and have now found that my addictive personality keeps me at it to the point that I am enjoying it! Best of luck to you . Sandy
