Tactics - Employer to pick up WLS rider

Hello everyone,  looking for advice on how others have fought to get their employers to pick up the WLS rider.   Thanks,  Maria

Go to your HR dept and ask them to please add this rider to the policy.  THat it is a life saving surgery and that you need it.   That's where you can start... paula

I have gone to them with that request and hopefully they will pick it up come enrollment time in December.  What if they choose not to? Thanks,  Maria
