OT-Boston Parade

My sister, two of our friends and I went to the Red Sox parade yesterday in Boston. We had a blast! The people around us were very nice, everyone was in a great mood and we were happy, doing cheers, etc. I got great pictures of most of the team. Some of the pictures didn't come out good because people in front of me had their arms up, waving, and they were in the way. But I got to see my favorite player, David Ortiz, and I got two great pictures of him. It looks like he's looking right at me! OHMYGOD! I was able to hike all over town, stand for about two hours and then hike back and not get tired or sore. Amazing! I wouldn't have done this last year! Now, with the weight off I feel like I'm able to do these things. My life has changed so much...all for the better. Ann 74lbs GONE!

That's AWESOME! I considered going, but then heard that there were going to be millions of people there, and thought with 3 little kids, I better stay home! ;) So glad you had a good time. We were able to witness HISTORY! Love, Tammy

Oh Ann, it sounds like you had a faboo time!! Big Papi is my fav too. Just think, a year ago you wouldn't have had as much fun...or you would have been a whole lot tired-er. 74 pounds...gone FOREVER! Bully for you! Peace, -Deb
