FAGE Yogurt at Stew Leonards in Newington 99 cents

The Stew Leonards in Newington is running a special for their FAGE yogurt.  17.6 oz for 99 cents. It is very high in protein,  and the fat free one is low in calories. one serving - one cup 120 calories 20g protein 0g fat  9g carbs It can be used in recipes that call for sour cream, or you could add a little splenda for a sweet treat.

 Never thought to use it as a sour cream substitute.  Thanks for the great tip.  Hopefully, it will be on sale on the Stew's in my area. 

It is fantastic! I use it to make dip for my veggies. It adds a ton of protein, and is so much better for you than sour cream. I love it!

Ok what else can you use Fage for. I have heard of it and have no idea what to do with it.

I usually juat use it as a yogurt, or substitute it for sour cream.  I don't have any recipes, like some people.....I am just not so creative. lol. But, oz for oz, it packs a protein punch that is hard to ignore. I have mixed splenda with it for a sweet treat, I have mixed it with mashed potatoes,  It pretty much tastes like a hybrid of plain yogurt and sour cream.....
