Anyone have information on herb, Boswellia?

Hi all, I have been doing searches on alternatives to NSAIDS and found data on a natural herb called Boswellia. It comes in tablet, capsule and cream form. In the description I read, it says that it is as strong as NSAIDs but without the stomach irritation. Wondering if anyone has any info on this. I did a search on the main message board with the word, Boswellia, but nothing came up. I plan on asking Dr. Aranow about it and advise anyone to ask their Dr. before using it. It just looks like it could be a nice alternative to Tylenol which doesn't seem to work for inflammation, if it is safe for the pouch that is. Hi Terri, I checked with my friendly Herbalife distributor (my sis) and Boswellia is in what they call Joint Support with glucosamine but they dont have it straight by itself. Please let me know what the doc says. If I find anything out about boswellia I will email you. Thanks for the info. ~Julie~
