HAHAHA@no glove, no love! Hilarious!
I take Advil Liquid-Gels. I used to have to take 800mgs of Motrin to take care of cramps or headaches. Now I take 200mgs of the Advil Liquid-Gels and I'm good to go. I don't know why, or how, but it works wonders.
I am sorry to hear of the pain you are in. Were you always this irregular? I mean 2.5 months of no period?
Heating pad .. I take mine wherever I go.
Tara

Hi there, to answer your question...yes, have always been irregular and all the Dr.'s say its because of my weight. At one time I could go up to six months without getting it then boom I would pay for it and have my period for 2-3 months straight. Thank god that hasn't happened in a long time. For years I was on Birth control but went off it last year. The pas 6 months have been like this and my female Doc isn't concerned. He said if I start going more than 3 months then he will put me on something to regulate me. So that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Thanks for the input. I was told I can never take Advil again and that it can hurt my pouch so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Bye for now.
Isn't being a woman just grand?

Oh Julie,
I feel for you girl. I too lived on Advil for my periods. They were unbearable! I finally talked to my pcp who sent me to a gynecologist, who finally decided I needed an endometrial ablation (which stopped the bleeding immediately and is supposed to relieve heavy bleeding and PMS symptoms in 90% of women). But it's not good if you want to ever have children. It's better for us premenopausal women. I was lucky enough to get it in before surgery.
Tylenol does nothing for me either. Talk to the doc about something stronger.
Pam
Pam,
Did you already have the ablation? My gynecologist reccommended this for me to stop my mennorhagia but it sounded really painful and I have opted to stay on Depo instead.
If you prefer you can email me privately at [email protected]. Thanks.
