Just posted a new album...of me...before....in October and now... the road is getting more difficult now..as I can eat more...I have been losing more than gaining...attending my weekly TOPS group has kept me honest...but I took a few weeks off from the gym between Mother's Day and my kids birthdays...and I gained TWO POUNDS....yes...gained!  so I am back at the gym this week..and I am sore!  but I got 75 pounds to go...and I am going to do it! any words of wisdom to keep on track will be appreciated! WOW looking good! We were about the same size. I was about 10 pounds lighter when I started this journey. Nice to see someone that was in the same boat.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

You have certainly come a long way in only 10 months. Congratulations on your weightloss. My only suggestion is to not give up, make sure you are following the pouch rules, get in at least 60 grams protein a day, get in plenty of calorie free liquids, stay away from simple carbs and keep exercising.

 You can do it.

Wow! Way to go. You are making amazing progress. The only advise I have is to exersize as much as you can.  Every little bit helps. Good Luck,  Dorota

I will steal from AA.    ONE DAY AT A TIME.     And think of collective energy.   I am struggling to get back to exercising after some arthritis issues.   Your efforts help me to get back to what I know is vital to keep the weight loss successful.  THANKS!
