Hi I'm new to the sight, I am currently 4 years out , I had my surgery at danbury hospital it was a great experiance. I had a baby 6months ago. when I was  told I would never have a baby because of my heavy weight. Well it happened and I cant get the baby weight off. My beginning weight was 240lb I went to 149lb and I'm now 183lb. Does any one have any suggestions. should I start the post diet over. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on your little miracle baby! My suggestion would be to start to journal your food intake and go back to basics, no liquids 30 min before or after meals, protien first, dense protien is best will fill you up better. then good carbs ie. fruit, veg, whole grain foods. Be sure you are getting in a minimum of 60g protien a day, and at least  64 oz zero calorie liquids, stay away from sweets and white carbs. Try and start back exercising if you are not already. Take that baby out for a walk, the weather will be getting nicer soon. I hope you are taking your supplements too. Your pouch should still work for you if you go back to the basics.

You can get back on track, it may take some hard work but you know it will be worth the effort.

All the best

Thanks, I Just pulled out the old menu's. Its so hard to get my mind back on track. After 9months of eating the EXTRA  I kinda de-railed from what I NEED to be doing. Hopefully I can retrain my body and mind
