I am excited beyond words.

I could hardly manage my emotion at work today after I spoke with Dr. Bell's office and was scheduled for surgery on June 11th at Yale/NH!!! I'm still trying to soak in the reality of the fact that after 20+ years of struggling with my life I will finally be entering into a new phase in my life where I have the best opportunity ever to have the life that I longed for, cried over, and almost thought would never come. I have an appointment May 30th with Dr. Bell for a pre-op physical and also with the anesthesiologist for whatever tests he needs. Time to start making all of the necessary preparations for life on losers bench. God Bless! Jim

Good for you Jim! I have a VSG too so if you have any questions please feel free to ask. I don't know too many folks here in CT who have the VSG so it is nice to see a new "sleeve buddy".
