Joanie's Food Log-Monday
Hi all-
I wish I could crawl back in to bed and put the blankets over me. It looks cold out there today! Novemeber is staring us in the face! A very good friend of mine is coming over tonight to visit and walk with me. I am looking fwd to it!
Lets get a good response this Monday morning...What are YOU eating today?
B-protein drink
S-hard boiled egg
L-WW "The truth about carbs" Parmesean Chicken 12 carbs 28 grams of protein My first stab at this..I couldnt find them in the freezer last week when I planned it in my menu!
S-trying to cut this one ou****er, water instead!
D-chicken *(low fat perdue) with lite sour cream and salsa
S-momentum bar

Hi Joanie:
It is cold out. Before you know it we will be having sn ..-Shhhhhh..I don't want to say that word--yet anyway.
I went to Trader Joe's on Saturday and got some neat condiments...wasabi mustard,low fat horseradish sauce,an olive muffaletta spread. I will be trying them very slowly over the next few weeks.
B- 2 oz of no fat cottage cheese;
L-2 oz of deli barbecue chicken slices wrapped in lettuce with wasabi mustard.
S- 8 oz of Fuzzy Naval Nectar
D-2 oz barbecue chicken with my first salad.
This is my last week off before going to back to work. Next week I wil be using the crock pot. Linnie

Where is there a Trader Joe's around here? The condiments you found sound delicious! Let me know how the salad went down. I am afraid to eat lettuce.
B- 2oz Mozz cheese, 8oz lactaid milk
L- 3oz Lobster meat
D- 2oz ribeye steak, brocolli, peeled apple slices
s- Momentum bar.... found them Joanie!!!

Good morning! I too wish I could go home and get back in bed where it's warm and cozy.
..but, gotta pay the bills so here I sit (hardly) working.
B- Carb countdown Yogurt
S- protein shake
L- small taco salad (from leftovers) and 1/4 cup guacamole
D- Chicken, green veggie and teeny bit of rice
S- Protein bar

It sure was hard to get up this morning, but I managed and am back at work....
B- Carb Countdown Smoothiw w/ unjury (33g protein!)
L- 1.5 oz cajun fish & 1 shrim (leftover from Ruby Tuesday's)
S- Going to work on drinking some Isopure
D- 2 oz Chili w/ l/f cheese & a dab of l/f sour cream
S- 2 oz s/f pudding "eclair" desset.... YUMMY!

Joanie: What is the "Truth About Carbs" all about? I haven't heard of that one. And was it good? I'd LOVE to have Chicken Parm!!!
