Have any of you tried Liquimax complete nutrition in liquid form? I came across it at BJ's lastnight. The taste is not too bad. It has the following vits, minerals and more: Vit A Vit C Vit D Vit E Vit K Thiamin Riboflavin Niacin Vit B6 Folic Acid Vit B12 ( also get a shot 1x a month) Biotin Pantothenic Acid Herbal complex Citrus bioflavonoids Amino acid complex Lutein complex Essential fatty acids Co Q10 Aloe vera concentrate Vanadium Lycopine It is iron free. I started taking it yesterday and I am hoping for increased energy and possibly for my hair loss to slow down. Let me know if you have tried this. Thanks, Chryssie -50

Pam: Up until Saturday I was taking Flintstone's with Iron. I am going to keep taking this liquid and see if the need for addtl. iron comes up. If it does I will take an iron pill. I haven never been anemic and I had very bad eating habits peior to surgery. Chryssie -50

It sounds fine to me. If you get enough iron from food sources, I am not sure what they are, would have to look them up, then you will probably be good. Got this at BJ's huh?
