Standing right on the edge, aren't you? I remember being there very well. When the scale went down to 197, I was so happy that I never had to see "2--" on the scale ever again!!!! You're doing great.
I've got to go to John's football game (he coaches) tonight & his brother & sister-in-law are coming down, so we're going out for dinner -- I'll try to keep things in line ... So far today,
B: Total protein w/Carb Countdown milk
S: Glass of V-8 juice
L: Shrimp & crab over green salad (Trader Joe's makes these great little pre-made salads -- I just substitute their dressing for a low-fat one)
S: Protein Plus bar
D: No idea!!
I love pasta e fagioli -- maybe you can have something separate & just have a taste, avoiding the noodles -- beans have protein!

Ok, I have no excuse...I have been slacking off on my posts.
B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 6oz cup (is there anything else?
S- Protein shake
L- 1/4 oz deli pastrami with a slice of swiss on whole wheat/oat bran wrap
D- NY strip steak, 4 oz. (if I can eat that much), 2 tbsp mashed potatoes.
S- protein bar
That's it for me. Gonna do some painting this weekend in our dining room that we were supposed to finish last weekend but blew off to go to a hayride/pumpkin picking farm...gotta paint this weekend, my dining room is a disaster. Besides that, laundry, food shopping, karate (daughter's, not mine), the usual. And... catching up on sleep now that my loser Yankees are done for the season.
