Noth much happening for the weekend..just driving kids to work and activities...Last night's dinner was seafood salad on one slice of rye toast. B-Unjury protein drink vanilla L-roastbeef and low fat cheese with mustard rolled up S-Momentum bar-what else?!! D-TBA family is having pasta e fagioli..not sure I want to do the pasta...trying to limit those carbs! Joanie

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, or even read my e-mail or the message board. I dropped my daughter off at daycare then had an appointment at the salon. I figured since today is my anniversary and I go back to work Monday I deserve to spoil myself a bit! I got a pedicure, nails, facial, brow wax and a new haircut! It was great, I was there almost 5 hours! I picked my daughter up, grabbed a slice of turkey then off to a support group meting in New Haven. Got home made snacks for Nursery School today then to BED! I was beat! Today is a much quieter day, just Nursery School and a dentist appt! B- Poached egg L- Turkey roll up w/ l/f cheese D- Turkey chili S- protein drink (not sure which one, I have lots of samples) My husband is on a bowling league so will wait to celebrate our anniversary! How do you like the unjury? I have found it does not dissolve well in ice cold liquids, or hot liquids. I usually add it to food, asnd can't tell there. The root beer float idea....yuck! Have a great day! Carmen

Hi Joanie! I have to say, I'm very discouraged about not hearing from Dr. Aranow's office. I talked to Lois a couple of days ago, just lots of excuses as to why they haven't gotten to my file yet. I understand they are busy - I have just worked SO hard to get to this point. It's been over 2 weeks now, still nothing. I'm done with everything, so I sit and wait. B - 3/4 cup kashi L - grilled chicken and zucchini D - steak and some sort of veggie S - not sure yet. Have a great weekend!

Breaking the 200 lb mark is SUCH a milestone! GO JOANIE! Rest assured...We love you! Keep on posting. This weekend I'm going to go apple picking then make jam and preserves. Very Martha Stewart of me (less the incarceration), I know. But, I feel like doing something fall-ish and homey. Know what I mean? hugs, Lisa C
