Andrea was awesome!  I think Dr. R was showing frustration more than anything yesterday. Spent all day at St. Francis for the testing.. came in at 10:30 got home 2:45.  LOOOONG day.  Hoping things look good (crossing fingers) My tummy is in a rumble with all the barium I had to drink.. almost threw it up once not sure because my tummy was acting up or just the gross ness of it all.. hopefully the last time in a VERY long time I have to do this type of test. I'll hopefully get a few answers tomorrow or early next week. Mickey

Oh My!!!! I am going to Dr. B's info session on Monday and to an office appointment on Friday!!!  Was this a revision Mickey?  How did you do with original surgery and did you have a lot of re gain.  He operated on a co worker last Feb and she is doing great>  He also operated on my brother a few years ago and he did fine, however has gained some weight back.  I had gastric stapling in 1982, lost about 100lbs and then began to regain it over the years.  When I sopke to Dr. B on the phone last week, I asked him what he would do, and he said he would probably just re do me to the procedure they're doing today.  I called Dr. Aranow's office and he still is not doing revisions.  I may call this Dr. Bell, and Dr. Raft... and see if they do revisions.  Anyone with any experiences with Dr. B, PLEASE email me and let me know what his track record is before I make a huge mistake!!  I will not rush in after reading your post!! I'd recommend Dr. Bell at Yale without any reservations.  I say "who better than the teacher"... Good luck and DON'T rush.  Make sure you take your time to find the right surgeon who feels right to you.   ~Sue http://www.ynhh.org/bariatric/ http://www.yalesurgery.org/surgical_spec/faculty/bell.html
