Hi all! Does anyone have a copy of a referral letter from their PCP I can use? Mine is more than willing to write me a letter, but wants help, as he does not want to be the reason I get denied. I adore him for being so worried
I never saw the letter my PCP sent, but I do remember that Dr. Aranow sent him a letter telling him how to word it. Hopefully your surgeon can do the same...ask his/her office.
