After all these months, I FINALLY started using FitDay for my food diary. It didn't seem that great when I first tried it many months ago, but since my weight loss crawl has slowed to that of an inch worm, I decided to give it a shot. What a slap in the face to find out how many calories those nighttime snacks add up to!! Anywhoo, I use the Carb Countdown milk and Total Protein cereal, and an occasional Atkins shake. None of these things are listed in their foods to choose from. How does one make amendments so the correct protein/carb numbers are entered? Thanks for any help. Cheers!! Kathy F.

Kathy, I love fitday! I actually bought the paid version of it..although I miss being able to log in at work..so the online version works just fine. Go to the Food Explorer..then click on the custom tab and you can add the nutriction according to the label. Its really easy once you get the hang of it! Hope this helps! Joanie

Hi Kathy, I used fit day religeously prior and for the first few months after surgery and you are right. When you see it in black in white, you better believe it's true. I still will occassionally go in and do a few days just to see where I'm drifiting off track. I never used any of fit day's products. I entered in everyone of my foods in off the label just to make sure that I was getting the exact stats. All you have to do is go to the search section, click the tab that says new food and enter in the iformation off of the labels. Hope this helps.. Maggie
