OT: Birthday Party Venues in Enfield/Somers Area
This place looks kind of fun. I haven't been there but I heard they have some sort of DJ set up and a Dance Dance Revolution in the arcade. I believe there's one in South Windsor. http://www.monsterminigolf.com/monster%20golf%20info%20page. htm
Hi There,
I've been to monster golf also in Windsor Locks.. it was fun.
I have my son's b'day booked for this weekend at SpareTime bowling lanes in Vernon. They do an excellent job with parties...
Saturday's is Disco.. where they have strobe lights music etc... For 12 kids it's runny a little over 100 dollars with Pizza & Soda included. Party is booked 2 hours just enough for 2 games of bowling & eating...
They have package deals that include shoes, bowling, food, & arcade.
Well worth the money...It's my 2nd party for him there & I've never been disappointed. Also has a GREAT arcade. For the "Parents" there is a bar off to the side in a seperate room tee hee...
This is his first party where he's invited "girls" GASP! Should be interesting he says they're just his friends... OMG my son's a player! LOL...
Hope this helps you.
Mickey
Monster Golf if WL is fun, but not sure if you'll be able to book a party this late in the game...they have two party rooms. My daughter just went to a party there two weeks ago and she said it was a lot of fun. It was an evening party and it was busy, but they seemed to get it all done in the two hours.
You should see if any of the local dance lesson studios or gymnastics centers does a bday party..you may be able to get an entire studio and a teacher and may get to do dance/dance/rev or a lesson in hip hop or something like that.
