Yummy food find

Hi everyone! Just thought I'd share something I found this weekend. Cottage cheese is a common item on our menus these days. I tried Cabot's Vermont Style Cottage Cheese for the first time.. yummy!! It has a rich, cheesy flavor. Much better than the ones I had been trying, which seem to taste watered down. I must be on a cheese kick these days.. I'm drooling over Emeril making raviolis stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, ricotta, and roasted gahlic. Have a good week! Michelle
