HALF CENTURY MARK!!!!!

Well I did it, and now I have to shout it to the World! My surgery was eight weeks ago today and I have lost 51 lbs! I feel so good and so thankful to have been able to have this surgery. I am surprised at how quickly the weight is coming off although I am doing everything possible to use this time to it's full advantage. I am walking now 2 miles in the AM and then 2 miles in the PM. I am very strict about what and how much I eat. I still can't believe it!! Sandy

Hi Joanie, Thank you and Thank you for the food log I can't tell you how much that helps. I read it every day. I'm not great about posting on it but will start making a concerted effort now. Yes I feel terrific!!! Sandy
