Joanie's Food Log Saturday
Busy weekend..I hope that means I am not going to eat a lot!!
B-half cup lite peaches
S-protein drink
L-WW low carb frozen dinner-my first shot at this...will let you know if I like them
D-going to the casino...so out to eat..maybe a grilled chicken salad.
S-coffee! There is a starbucks there..and I will need to stay awake while I am winning so will do half caff!

I am still having trouble getting enough fluid, but I am getting better!
B- 1 oz homemade applesauce, lots of water and crytal light
L- We may go out to lunch which would be tricky, but I will bring some cottage cheese and my isopure along, just in case.
D- 1/4 c pureed turkey chili w/ a sprinkle of low-fat cheese
Rebecca- I nixed the WW dinner for lunch in lieu of tomato soup with some skimmed milk in it and some shredded cheese. I probably could eat the entire dinner..I feel like suddenly..it takes me more to get full...and that scares me! Oh..I had 1/3 of a low carb croisannt from DD...I saw it when I went to get coffee (decaf) and it looked too good...it was. Now I am on my way to check the internet and see how much fat is in that sucker!

Well its 2am and I am home from the casino... I was in the hole for more money than I planned to lose. I recouped some of my loses with a big win on a slot machine..about a half hr before we left. I still was in the hole..but less than I planned on..so it was a winning night for me! Oh..since this is the food log...I had a chicken caesar salad for dinner!
