I got a tentative date of Nov. 15th (on my 40th b-day) for my surgery!

Congrats, Carolyn! Lois will schedule the pre-op class, usually a week or so before your surgery date. Nov 15th will be here before you know it, so breathe, get work in order, measure yourself (good way to measure your success and not use the scale) and celebrate!! I'm so happy for you!
