BIG pats on the back for yourself!!! It's really in your best interests to stop well before you have the surgery, because, as I'm sure you don't need me to tell you, it can bring big complications. I met someone at my dr.'s office who didn't stop & she suffered. They basically told everyone if you can't stop for a month before surgery, you're not having it!
