JA - Help on the dinner!

Hi Janice, I need your on the beans and escarole. Since I've never made it before, and I've never eaten it before, I now have a question. Apparently, my pot is way bigger than yours . I started this around 9 am today, and by noon the beans were fully cooked - and I had a whole put full of water still, so I added the rest of the beans. Now, after 3, everything is cooked, and I still have lots of milky liquid. Should there be any liquid, or should it all get absorbed? Need your help. Thanks in advance. Hi Janice, Well I didn't know what to do, so I cooked it without the cover so the juice would go away! It was delicious - and my husband really loved it too. I could have used twice as much escarole though. Next time I'll let it be a bit soupy. Thanks for the recipe. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau
