JA - Help on the dinner!
Hi Janice,
I need your
on the beans and escarole. Since I've never made it before, and I've never eaten it before
, I now have a question.
Apparently, my pot is way bigger than yours
. I started this around 9 am today, and by noon the beans were fully cooked - and I had a whole put full of water still, so I added the rest of the beans. Now, after 3, everything is cooked, and I still have lots of milky liquid. Should there be any liquid, or should it all get absorbed?
Need your help.
