The Grand Total

Well all I met with Elina(dietician) today for my second pre op visit and I needed to lose 20 pounds before Dr. Aranow would even schedule surgery. I started at 386.6 on 9/11 and today tada I am at 366.6 lol 20 pounds exactly. I am so happy now I take sleep test next friday and I am on my way. Just wanted to let you all know.

LaToya! Congratulations! Wow...20lbs! Dr. Valin wants you to lose at least five pounds....I lost 10 and thought I was doing great! You are REALLY doing fabulous! Good luck with the sleep test! Ann 62 lbs GONE!

Hi, LaToya! That's great news! I know how concerned you were about reaching 20 lbs., especially since your appointment was moved up after the Columbus Day confusion. So it took you only 25 days to do it! I'll be seeing Dr. A. for my first appointment Fri.; I suspect he'll want me to lose 20 lbs. also. What kind of diet did you follow? Do you have any tips to share? Debby
