Ok - I can't resist. I've been waiting for this post all day - for once I know what I am eating at each meal. I know Joanie's been having computer problems , so I hope she doesn't mind . B - 2 Scrambled eggs with 1 TBL Light Chive Cream Cheese melted in (yummy - thanks to Heather for the suggestion) S - Hot decaf tea with Pro-Stat 64 syrup L - Buffalo Turkey Deli Meat on a Oat Bran/Whole Wheat tortilla with either blue cheese dressing or ranch (whichever I have on hand) and roasted peppers. D - Escarole & Beans w/ pork (thanks to JA a/k/a Janice). My house smells wonderful while these cook - I can't wait to try them tonight! Ooops-got busy at work this morning! Glad you missed me! Thanks Kathy... B-Protein shake L-Chicken salad 2/3 cup over a green salad S-string cheese D-turkey kielbasa...not sure how this will go down...so I have my back up chicken ready to go! S-????? I had 24 oz of water last night...and didn't even think about a snack! I am going to try that again. I got in 60oz total yesterday..I am shooting for 64 today! Joanie

Hello ladies, I've been doing well with my locarbing. I find that I'm a little hungrier at night.. or is it just an old habit to graze?? So, I've stocked up on pumpkin seeds with the shell on. They keep me busy trying to open them and by time I eat 20 of them, I'm done. Also.. I've noticed a really bad thing lately.. sometimes I get so busy or just absent minded that I've only been getting 20 oz of ANY kind of fluid in a day. So, that's something else I really have to work on. Yap, yap, yap.. I'll shaddap now. Here goes: B-Protein shake 20g protein L-1/4 cup salad 1/4 cup cottage cheese D-Boiled egg and some colby cheese (didn't feel like cooking just for me) S-Pumpkin seeds and hopefully none of the apple pie (tons of apples from apple picking) I'll be baking. Robin... Protein shakes, protein bars? Are you by chance getting ready for gastric bypass surgery? Tell me..are you hungry? A friend was asking if she drank protein shakes and at like I did...would it fill her without having surgery? I told her I doubt it...or at least she couldn't keep it up for long... Joanie

LOL why yes, I AM getting ready for surgery! How funny is that! I really haven't been hungry, but man have I been gassy! I wonder if ALL protein bars do that or if I am just being blessed! Robin

I have to keep doing this. I'm struggling psychologically with food. It's little demon head keeps poking up lately. Breakfast: Atkins shake Snack: Part-skim mozarella stick Lunch: 2 (count 'em - 2!!) slices of pizza -- work lunch Salad w/Italian dressing Snack: Protein Plus Carb Advantage bar Dinner: Dunno. Something high in protein -- the man isn't going to be home for dinner, so I can eat something seafood-y without any carbs being cooked
