OCT 11 with Middletown Press Reporter and Photographer

Good Morning Everybody, The reporter from Middletown Press will meet me and my angels ( one is Anahid who is back up Angel for Lisa C who had to go work for important client but she wish she wants to be there but will thinking of me on that day) on Oct 11 at Middlesex Hospital. I left message for Dr Aranow if he can meet us on that date if he can make it or not but left message for Dr Kim Daniels and Dietican to be there to help me to educate people to understand about obesity and this surgery. I cannot believe the days are getting closer to my surgery day... 11 more days to go!!! My husband will join with me to go pre -op class on Oct 13th but we have to go an hour early to meet private to all nurses who will work with me on that day and while I am staying at hospital. They want to know how to commnicate with me and I will be happy to teach them how to commnicate with me while I am at hosptial. I do have an interpreter with me on my surgery day and will stay with me through recovery room until I am okay. Just now I have all mixed emotions are all over inside me but know that my weight is finally gonna go away by doing right thing by using tools and keep go support group. I want to say thank you to all of you to help me to stick this surgery since last March. I was on and off chicken out by doing this surgery but met alot of people at gatherin party last March helped me to decide to go for this surgery. Please pray for me and thinking of me at 1245 pm my surgery time. You will hear from all of my angels to announounce after my surgery. Thank to my mom who help me alot by takign care of my kids and will help me during day at hospital while My husband had to go work the day after work but he and my son will visit me after work at hospital. Hi Kathy, I will be praying for you on Oct. 18th - I can't believe how fast it will be here!! I can't wait to read the article, I will look for your post as to when it will be in the paper. They found a special person in you, willing to share your experience for others to learn from. I think we will have to meet after surgery since I am home sick from work this week and don't want any germs spread. Next week is filled with doctor's appointments after work. I did have a sleep test at L&M last Friday - I do have sleep apnea and I honestly can't wait to get the CPAP machine!! It was the best nights sleep I had in a long time (using the machine in the hospital). Anyway take care and I am sure your surgery will go smooth - can't wait to hear from your angels! Nancy
