Happy 1St Anniversary DEB M!!!!!

Hey Lauren, You hit the nail on the head, things just do not hurt anymore!! For the first time in my life I can honestly say I don't mind exercising, in fact, I even wish I had more time to do it! I tell you, if anyone would have said to me this is the easy way out I would have been arrested because my response would have gotten physical. There was nothing easy about this, including the decision to have the surgery! But I haven't looked back, and if given the option I would have done it all again...in a heartbeat! Deb, Congratulations! It's funny you are going to the spa...I was just thinking the other day to what I'm going to do to celebrate reaching my goal (when I reach it) and I had decided I'll go to the spa. My sister, sisters-in-law and my partner will be joining me...and we are going to LIVE IT UP! I have time to save for it (I'll probably pay for one of my sisters-in-law-she can't afford it)...I have 108 lbs to go to reach my goal!
