Hey Joanie! This year has FLOWN by. It feels like it was just yesterday that I had surgery, but it also feels like it was years ago. Bizarre, eh? Thank you for the kind words, let me tell you...I can say them right back to you, you look fantastic and have also been an inspiration. Congratulations Deb, You look marvelous darling, just marvelous! But better than that, I will bet, nothing hurts anymore. You can move, and walk, and exercise, and you feel great. Thats what Im looking forward to. Anyone who says this is the easy way out is crazy. You had to work darn hard to attain all that weight loss. Congrats honey, you earned it. Keep up the good work and enjoy the new lease on life you have been given.
