Good Morning CT- Computer at home still giving me problems! I may need to break down and buy a new one...Not a good financial time to be doing that..but its never a good time to buy a big ticket item like that, I guess. Thanks for all the supportive posts on my 51 lb weight loss--its slower than some, but I am feeling terrific! I am still walking 2-3 miles a day...we added a new walking buddy to our group-and really increasing our speed! What are we eating today?? B-Protein shake L-half low carb pita with buffalo turkey, lettuce and lite mayo, half cup of lite peaches s-string cheese D-meatballs with tomato sauce s-1/2 protein cookie...I read about them on another board..they are expensive (3 bucks each) but 27 grams for a 2oz cookie...I only ate half last night because they are 284 calories. It was good..but not as good as the poster reported...not sure I will buy them again! Joan

Hi Joanie! It's gorgeous walking weather out there! B - string cheese L - carb countdown shake D - lean cuisine S - sugar free jello or pudding. 3 more days for my weigh in! Not that I'm counting....ugh.....

Joanie There is a good deal for buying Dell pc for 499.00 . look under www.dell.com and go to tv ads see good deal... good luck I have bad allgery and feel lighted headed and little dizzy... waited to hear from my doctor if it is okay for me to take allergy pill.... b- two boiled eggs and protein shake s- string cheese l chicken stars soup s- apple d- have not decide since I will be running around for kids's activies Kathy K

Kathy-sorry you aren't feeling well. I started my Allegra about two weeks ago..and its really helped. I have been slow here at work this morning..and even before I read your post...I ordered from Dell.com. I paid more that 499..but I got lots of extras and a NEW digital camera. Hey--its only money..and I deserve a treat for my half CENTURY lost!! Joanie

I will be celebrating a BIG birthday next May and I want a big party and a weekend away with my husband...hope HE is saving the money!!

I am doing everything possible, NOT to spend money clothes yet. I went in Fashion Bug to get a new top...and I ended up going to the "skinny" side...I am in a regular size 16 (ok, elastic waist still)...and an XL shirt! I really want to wait a while...before I start spending money on clothes. I went to Goodwill a couple weeks ago..with no luck..I have a hard time shopping with everything mixed. Lisa told me that Salvation Army was better..anyone know about one in my area? North Haven-Hamden-Wallingford?? Joanie

Hi Joanie, Ive been reading your food log posts and they are so helpful. Just wanted to let you know that there is a Salvation Army store on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden right past the Stop & Shop on Putnam Avenue heading into Hamden from New Haven. A good friend of mine used to work there, you can come across some really nice stuff if you have the time to spend looking. Good Luck and Congrats on your 51 lb loss!
