Everything that is not liquid will be good!!!!! Are you going to have purees for breakfast or wait until after you see Debby? I can't wait until tomorrow, I can't take the liquids any more! Carmen

Congratulations on going puree! That was a wonderful step for me, the liquid only stage was tough. Anyway, two things I really enjoyed on the pureed stage were Hormel 98% Fat Free Turkey Chili w/beans, and also fat-free refried beans. I would add a teeny but of fat free sour cream, and it was yummmy. I also ate alot of cottage cheese (which I can't eat anymore but liked then); and I bought the canned meats: low fat chicken, turkey and ham, mashed up really well and added fat-free or low fat mayo. I did well on cottage cheese...with mushed up no sugar added peaches, mixed fruit, etc. mixed in.

HI linda, We are sisters in surgery....I was banded on the 24th too. I have to be on liquids for four weeks.....lucky you ....I am very jealous....enjoy!!! angel
