As Mickey's Pouch churns... continued

Hello All, Well Dr. B called & I won't be having the surgery that I need this weekend to fix my "twisted testines" and nasty gall bladder. Seems there is more to my mess that needs further C-Scans...  Are ya'll sitting down??  My twisted intestines have some how managed to "back up" into my "old stomach"... OMG!!!  I think Dr. B is as on the floor as I am with this one... It's a highly unusual case.. (You think?) and wants to make sure that all precautions are taken.  I have to have C-Scans so he can determine what course of action to take with this mess... He was very candid & stated I might lose my whole "old stomach" if there is alot of damage or if it's salvagable be able to keep some of it with a new reroute of intestine. Bad part.. is this is allllll occuring right under my pouch.  GOOD TIMES... nice kettle of fish. He assured me that if I never had the WLS surgery this still would have happened to me...& the irony would have involved a gastric by pass either way... What a hoot.. I should have waited 3 years for the insurance to cover it.. LOL... (I have to laugh or I'd be curled up in a ball by now.) However, I plan on heading to the emergency room this weekend... I feel I'm having symptoms of internal bleeding.. & I need to feel "safe" at this point... I'm barely eating & water etc... is very hard to get in so I'm afraid of dehydration...  The C-Scans are for Monday afternoon... BUT.. with the way I'm feeling I'm parking myself in the ER after calling his office... just need to get a few things in order around the house & get my bags packed...  Please keep sending good thoughts & prayers my way...  Hugs, Mickey
