MY INSURANCE COMPANY APPROVED!!!!!!!!
Hi Everybody,
Yesterday,I received a letter from my insurance company and had to ask my friend to check if it is approved. She said yes!!!! Also the next day, Lois from office told it is approved and my insurance company called them at office and everything is ready for my surgery. THANK YOU to my insurance company. I am going to send them thank you card to show how appreciate I am for them to paying this surgery.
I am getting more butterflies, nervous and excited at same time. Also The Middletown Press newspaper , the freelacer will contact me to write a story about to edcate people about this surgery and me being first deaf patient to have this surgery at Middlesex hosptial by Dr Aranow.
Please pray for me on that day!!!!!

A thank you not to an insurance company?? Now that will be a first!! Congratulations on your insurance approval. Wow--a newspaper article..you are going to be famous. I know its easy to say--but don't be nervous...your energy is best used for other things. You have been here for so many people on this board...we are here for you. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

I am in the medical field and insurance companies are the enemy!! All the money we/our employers pay in premiums..they SHOULD pay. We are going to save them money in the long run. By the way..wait until they actually DO make payment. My preop letter said that this wasn't a written guarantee! Actually they paid the hospital and Dr. A..but denied the anesthesia. I called the ins co and asked the guy if they expected me to be cut open while I was awake? The guy laughed...and said he would re-submit it.
