Joanie's Food Log-Wednesday
Hi everyone,
Julie, I eat popcorn now, occasionally. I don't drink with it, but a sip or two to wa**** down. I can't fit a lot of it, but I still measure out a serving and stick with that so I don't overdo it, if I could.
Today, started out innocently enough.
B-cottage cheese w/sugar free pumpkin butter (from my apple picking adventure) YUM! Tastes like pumpkin pie.
L-seafood salad
S-protein bar & water - can't eat those w/o some water
D-Sole, 1 piece of shrimp, a few bites of a "stuffie".
S-pumpkin seeds
I had my fill today so I am a little trepadacious about eating so I am taking it really slow.
Breakfast: SF CIB with powdered milk
Lunch: protein bar
Dinner: 2 oz boars head chicken, 2 oz cottage cheese
and enough water and crystal light to drown in!
I might have a protein bar or shake in a little while as I am still a little light on the protein for today.
