Hi Joanie! Getting to the end for me on this preop diet. Thank goodness! I'm having: B - cc shake L - veggie soup D - Tuna sandwich S - sugar free popscicle The scale says I've lost 11 pounds, but I'm not sure how that matches with Dr. Aranow's scale. I want to make sure I've lost enough so when I weigh in next Friday, I have a few pounds to spare! Have a good day!

I really like their Tapioca Pudding as well - and the chocolate isn't too bad either. I find the Tapioca to be filling as well - so its a great s/f treat! God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau
