Its a depressing gray day out there folks. I feel like I am craving something different today. Not sure what though..I will play it safe and pack my lunch! B- Isopure orange creamsicle protein drink with 1% milk L - either cream of chicken soup or tomato soup S - sf jello D - Isopure vanilla protein drink with 1% milk BORING!!!!! JA- I love escarole and beans! My family uses pepperoni in ours...but your recipe looks yummy..and you do the beans from scratch!! I just used canned beans! Guess our Italian traditions have faded! LOL I am making it this weekend...NOW I have to have some! Joanie

Good Morning everyone. I haven't been able to post for a couple of days, and I missed it. Yesterday we went to the Big E, and there were no healthy foods there that I found. So, I ended up eating a hot dog and later half of a pretzel. It was a bad food day, but got lots of exercise! And, I did drink 80 ozs of water as we walked around. On to today: B- Carb countdown yogurt, 12g protein S- Protein drink, 20 g protein L- oat bran/whole wheat wrap 7 g protein w/1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham S- protein bar, 21 g protein D- 2 ozs skinless roasted chicken, 2 tbsp rice, green beans Hope you all have a nice day, even though it's raining. Goodmorning Icky day out today. This is bad allergy season for me. I took an Allegra and I passed out last night. Usually, that doesn't happen, but I'm assuming that it's common, since it's the first time since surgery. Anyhooo.. Being the best I can be this week. B-FF refried beans w/cheese L-Tuna salad w/green salad D-Mozzarella & tomato w/green salad S-Pumpkin seeds and/or cottage cheese Also, making sure I get my full amount of water in for the day. Have a good rest of the day! Michelle

Anne.. Fairs are supposed to be for fun. I hope that is the way I can work it...when I lose my weight. Be a little bad one day..and back on the next! Tell me about this 21 g protein bar..what kind is it?? Joanie
