Ok it may be too soon to say

But Chad and I went to Bed Bath and Beyond tonight. I went to the scale section and got on all of them. The average weightloss according to the 12 scales was 15 pounds. I dont want to jump up and down yet but I am a little excited! Its just hard to tell right now...I guess I will know for sure Oct 8th. When I go back to Dr. Bells office.

Melissa, I am sure you are just thrilled and it really is amazing how quickly the loss happens especially in the beginning. Be aware however that often there is fluid retention and extra gas etc in the beginning so you might see different numbers by OCT 8th!!! However I am confident it will be more......
